Speaking to WILLIAMS MEDIA, Nicole Gleeson said approx. 37 groups inspected the home in person, during the campaign that ran from 10 June to 8 July. Although the campaign was not during full lockdown, a walkthrough agent video was well viewed.

Interest came mainly from families looking for a family environment near to schools and the freeway.

“The local family scene is very good here, close to schools, and with easy access to Monash Freeway, and it’s the fringe of the Dorrington Estate which has great appeal. The home sits on big land, and has room to improve, but is lovely the way it is too,” Nicole told WILLIAMS MEDIA.

Two buyers bid for the property post auction, and the home sold at the lower end of the price range, which was $2.5m - $2.75m.

“If the buyers are ready to buy, it’s just a matter of finding the right property and they will transact!” Nicole told WILLIAMS MEDIA, “Presentation is the key. The emotive dollar is what drives these properties and this was beautifully presented.”
