Two riverside apartments within the same complex, including the luxurious penthouse with pool, have been sold off the plan by Hamish Bowman and Tom Lyne of Ray White New Farm.
Speaking to WILLIAMS MEDIA, Hamish Bowman said the properties were tailored for downsizers who are looking for ultra chic in a blue chip riverfront position.
“This type of property is absolutely great timing to the market and full credit to the builder and developer John Mullan for making this a reality. We sold the site to John in 2019, we then collectively assessed the market and came up with this scheme, 5 x 1 per floor super private and boutique river homes,” Bowman told WILLIAMS MEDIA.

Both apartments were initially signed up on an EOI pre marketing, with contracts signed within 49 days of the launch of the marketing campaign.
River home 4, which sold for $3,765,700, comprises a total area of approx. 255.5sqm, including two balconies, storage, and carparks, while the Penthouse, River home 5, boasts a total area of approx. 337sqm, including two balconies, a roof top terrace, and a private pool. River home 5 sold for $4,400,000.
