Renovated by architects Kennedy Nolan, the property was redesigned and refreshed by Doherty Design Studios in 2018, and a finalist for a number of design awards in 2019.

There were 37 in person inspections prior to the sale, during the campaign which ran from 2 March to 31 March.

Sam Hobbs told WILLIAMS MEDIA the amount of interest was solid for the price point and area, mainly from families and upsizers who aspired to a large house with a great pool.

“Since the easing of the hard lockdown in 2020, large family houses in St Kilda have been in demand, particularly those with high end renovations,” Sam explained to WILLIAMS MEDIA.
