Patrick Goldsworthy told WILLIAMS MEDIA the contract was signed just 5 days after listing, becoming unconditional after 14 days and settled 7 days thereafter. During the short campaign, Ray White New Farm held 9 private inspections and 3 virtual inspections.
Interest was driven by severe lack of stock in the New Farm Teneriffe area. "The interest was driven by the lack of supply, particularly in new builds with city views, and while there are less buyers we have noticed our conversion rate has been much higher during COVID-19 as the buyers that are out there are serious and and ready to go," Patrick told WILLIAMS MEDIA.
The buyers were empty nesters downsizing from their family home in Ascot to live closer to the city and enjoy the amenity and lifestyle of New Farm and Teneriffe.
