Sold by Ryan Ward and Michael Kollosche of Kollosche, who told WILLIAMS MEDIA, “We are seeing a strong demand for prestige property on the Gold Coast.”
This world-class 4-level residence on exclusive Cronin Island in Surfers Paradise has been sold by Ryan Ward and Michael Kollosche of Kollosche for $12,450,000.
The Bayden Goddard-designed masterpiece sits on a true north-facing 1,239sqm (approx.) parcel with arguably the best riverfront point position on the Island.
“The property was listed with another agency however we introduced the buyer,” Ryan Ward told WILLIAMS MEDIA. “The buyer had his eye on this property for some time. He was residing in Sydney and once the decision was made to purchase the property, the final transaction only took 14 days for the contract of sale to go through. Both the sellers and the buyer are very happy with the outcome.”

There were around 10 in-person inspections prior to the sale.
“At Kollosche we value the privacy and security of our vendors and our vendors’ property. An essential part of our service is to prequalify each prospective buyer to ensure the property meets their needs and is within their budget. Only then will we conduct private inspections. This provides our vendors and our buyers with quality service,” Ryan told WILLIAMS MEDIA.
The home’s bespoke interiors have been designed to maximise views and create an effortless indoor/outdoor flow, boasting a rooftop deck with uninterrupted city skyline views and 10 metre riverfront infinity pool.

Ryan told WILLIAMS MEDIA there was extremely high engagement throughout the marketing campaign. “Cronin Island, with its wide water aspect, is very tightly held and this presented an exclusive opportunity. The buyer, an international person living in Australia, came from through from an internet enquiry.”
“In general we have a wide mix of buyers currently enquiring on our properties. Most people looking at houses are looking for their next home. We’re also talking to a lot of buyers about apartments. We’re seeing a lot of enquiry from interstate people who are either looking to relocate permanently, or, looking for a Gold Coast base so they can share time between here and wherever they’re based.”
“We are seeing a strong demand for prestige property on the Gold Coast. We have a large number of cash buyers who are looking to reposition themselves from either overseas or interstate. There is still an underlying concern about market conditions and what this will look like moving forward, however, the prestige market is still strong. We are still transacting and achieving great results for our clients.”
