“The property was listed with another agency however we introduced the buyer,” Ryan Ward told WILLIAMS MEDIA. “The buyer had his eye on this property for some time. He was residing in Sydney and once the decision was made to purchase the property, the final transaction only took 14 days for the contract of sale to go through. Both the sellers and the buyer are very happy with the outcome.”

There were around 10 in-person inspections prior to the sale.

Ryan told WILLIAMS MEDIA there was extremely high engagement throughout the marketing campaign. “Cronin Island, with its wide water aspect, is very tightly held and this presented an exclusive opportunity. The buyer, an international person living in Australia, came from through from an internet enquiry.”
“In general we have a wide mix of buyers currently enquiring on our properties. Most people looking at houses are looking for their next home. We’re also talking to a lot of buyers about apartments. We’re seeing a lot of enquiry from interstate people who are either looking to relocate permanently, or, looking for a Gold Coast base so they can share time between here and wherever they’re based.”

There is still an underlying concern about market conditions and what this will look like moving forward, however, the prestige market is still strong.
