Speaking to LUXURY LIST WEEKEND, Kay & Burton Director - Projects Damon Krongold said the sale is testimony to the strength of the upper end of the property market.
Image: Penthouse at Thirty Anderson Source: Kay & Burton“This is arguably Melbourne’s most desirable, liveable and valuable real estate geography,” Damon explained.
“It’s a very coveted position, literally opposite the Botanical Gardens. Property here doesn’t turn over very often. This offering represented a rarified opportunity to purchase within the tightly-held Domain precinct, with the added advantage of a brand new residence of such large internal proportions.”

“The exclusivity of the offering is assured by the price point, which is only available to a small proportion of a few high-net-worth individuals.”
