Kay & Burton has sold out the Thirty Anderson development designed by architect Rob Mills, achieving record rates for the area across almost $40 million in sales.

The world-class Sadikay Group development comprises three apartment residences, features Jack Merlo-designed gardens and is positioned directly opposite the Botanic Gardens in South Yarra.
