Speaking to LUXURY LIST WEEKEND, Rachael Spinks said there were 52 in-person inspections during the campaign, with strong interest in the property due its proximity to Churchie and Inner City Mowbray Terrace address. 

The area is set to directly benefit from Cross River Rail, Brisbane Metro, and the 11-hectare Gabba Precinct being developed for the 2032 Olympic Games.

Although enquiry came from a mix of local, interstate, and expat buyers, the home was purchased prior to Auction by a local family looking to upgrade within the area.

The six-bedroom residence was sold prior to auction for an undisclosed sum in a competing offer situation, with the sale setting a record price for Mowbray Terrace as well as a record for a dry block in East Brisbane.
