Ben Robertson told WILLIAMS MEDIA the home was designed with a refined minimalism to embrace the coastal yet urban nature of Brighton. “Warm tones of timber, concrete and Tundra stone were used externally and internally to create a holistic design."

Sam Taylor told WILLIAMS MEDIA approx. 40 groups had inspected the property over the course of the campaign, with 2 virtual tours via Zoom calls with prospective buyers who were interstate or overseas.

“The property received strong interest given Edenhem’s clever design paired with quality construction and finishes. We had two prospective buyers competing to secure the property in the end.”

The property sold for an undisclosed amount within the indicative selling range of $4,800,000 - $5,000,000.

Throughout the campaign we met a range of prospective buyers including downsizers, investors and families.
