Speaking to LUXURY LIST WEEKEND, Jemma Wilson said there were 57 in-person inspections and 8 virtual inspections prior to the sale, with upsizers particularly interested in the home.

There were 8 offers in total before the home sold prior to auction for an undisclosed price. The buyers were self-made tech entrepreneurs who run an international business from home and were upsizing for more space and a relaxed lifestyle.
