Speaking to LUXURY LIST WEEKEND, vendor Greg Coops said he and wife, Sheonagh found the house on a lightning business trip to Sydney while they were living and working in Asia. They were planning to return to Sydney’s northern beaches, knew exactly what they were looking for and this property was perfect.

And Greg knew the area well, having spent many school holidays as a teenager. His old school friend, (renowned architect Peter Stutchbury) approved as his father had a home on the reserve across the road for many years. So after only one 20 minute viewing, they returned to Singapore and bought it.
