The on-site auction on 17th August was called by BresicWhitney CEO Thomas McGlynn in front of a crowd of over 100 people with 8 registered bidders.

Bidding opened at $6.5m before swiftly rising to $7.1m and concluding at $8m to the successful purchaser, a private owner-occupier.
