33 Queens Parade Clifton Hill is Melbourne’s newest apartment development to hit the market with the help of one of Australia’s most innovative creative agencies, Emma Alexander of Studio Caviar.
What is grabbing attention for the marketing campaign is the bold bright and sassy “Queens,” infiltrating the local neighbourhood through AI generated imagery by Studio Caviar.
Studio Caviar, striving to be one of Australia’s most innovative creative agencies is being lauded for the launch of an AI-Generated visual marketing campaign for a residential development in Clifton Hill.
The focus of the campaign is the clever and innovative use of AI generated imagery to create an exciting journey to attract buyers to the project at 33 Queens Parade.
"We’re excited to launch our latest property project using AI-generated imagery. The decision to explore this style for the project came from our curiosity to create models that closely resemble famous queens and placing them in and around Clifton Hill as if they were living in our era, and doing the ‘every day’ things that a resident of 33 Queens Pde would be doing, such as the groceries, walking the dog and eating out.
“We utilise Midjourney to generate most of the imagery, then applied rendering techniques to add final touches—like dropping in a neon ramen sign. The possibilities with AI imagery are endless, and we're thrilled to offer this service as part of our repertoire at Studio Caviar. The potential of AI to transform how brands approach visual content is huge,” said Emma.
“With the Netflix hit, Bridgerton, our timing couldn’t be more perfect as we bring Queen Elizabeth, Katherine the Great and Marie Antionette back to life through AI…The Development and property sector in the past have been known as the late comers when it came to technology, but they are now proving to be the early adaptors with AI,” quipped Emma.
The creation of the AI-generated imagery is now part of the suite of services being offered to clients of Studio Caviar. The images can be used across both traditional and online marketing and provide greater flexibility, creativity, and cost-efficiency.
Studio Caviar sees the introduction of AI as an expansion of creative possibilities rather than a replacement for traditional photography.
"We're not replacing photography, as AI is complimentary, and it is improving all the time and offers clients creative options for their marketing collateral and spend" says Emma.
As AI continues to develop and improve, Studio Caviar looks forward to integrating its use further into upcoming projects and offering clients a broader range of creative solutions.
