Christine Rudolph told WILLIAMS MEDIA the Corso has lived up to its ‘millionaires row’ reputation, with multiple buyers vying for a position in this exclusive dress circle.
“Yeronga is understated, tightly held and extremely private. In particular, the Brisbane Corso has consistently been regarded as one of the best addresses in Brisbane, named this month as number five in the top ten addresses in the state. Sports stars, entrepreneurs, medicos and barristers make up the celebrity who's who list along the Corso.”

"The auction of the property was like an Olympic finish," Christine explained to WILLIAMS MEDIA. "Two buyers, a prominent lawyer, represented by his agent, and a husband and wife medico duo, went toe for toe for the home."
"Bidding briefly paused at $2,950,000 where discussions commenced with both parties. The property was announced on the market at $3m by auctioneer Haesley Cush and quickly escalated to $3,050,000, the Yeronga 2020 sale record, when the successful buyers, the medical specialists, narrowly secured their dream home with a winning $5,000 bid."

“The stunning contemporary home was owned by Lancashire's childhood friend, Ben Morland, a second generation Yeronga resident,” Christine explained to WILLIAMS MEDIA.
“Morland, who is a director of Grayhaus, a boutique residential development company, has been quietly building several of Yeronga's most spectacular homes for the past decade. Having grown up in Yeronga and now a third generation family, he and his wife Kirsty are big believers in the future growth of this well-kept secret.”

It sold for a Yeronga price record for a 610 sqm lot (approx.) at $2,526,000.
“Grayhaus is heavily invested in the future of Yeronga, with several other landmark homes currently in the pipeline,” Christine told WILLIAMS MEDIA.
Ben Morland told WILLIAMS MEDIA the home was inspired by mid-century modern homes. With a background in concrete construction, Ben chose to utilise raw minimalist materials and concrete textures, which allow for larger spans and bigger, uninterrupted spaces within the home.
The idea of bringing the outside in was another important consideration, so large windows were placed overlooking greenery to achieve a serene environment, Ben explained to WILLIAMS MEDIA.
Placing the kitchen at the heart of the home with links to multiple rooms provides the family with their own space, while still connected.
