Ideal Property is launching its first Australian project in Brisbane on 27 August.
Prestige residential property developer, Ideal Property Australia, is embarking on a major Brisbane development drive, with the 27 August launch of Mint.
Ideal has been given the green light by Brisbane City Council to proceed with the $16.5 million development on Lutwyche Road, Windsor.
Mint is a contemporary, architect-designed building, comprised of one and two-bedroom, large, liveable apartments over six levels. The site is less than 3km from Brisbane's CBD. The boutique project will deliver 32 apartments in thriving Windsor.
Ideal Property has secured a number of prime inner city sites, and plans to roll out multiple boutique residential projects in Brisbane over the next 12 months. Mr John Li, who is a civil engineer and has lived in Australia for over 10 years, says Ideal Property will target the premium end of Brisbane's apartment market. Mr Li said the company will draw on the experience it has gained from developing more than 3,000 units and townhomes in mainland China.
"We see South East Queensland as the next big market to really fire in Australia, and we do believe there is great scope for new projects that are genuinely boutique, high-end offerings," he said. "Brisbane is one of the fastest growing mature cities in the world and we plan to grow our development portfolio here, focusing on strategic inner-city locations that are poised for growth."
Rob Hunt, Director of Coronis Project Marketing, said the project's distinctive design and prime location will set it apart from other projects slated for Brisbane. Mr Hunt said, "The apartments are bright and airy, offering extra-large balconies, with city views or a prized northerly outlook. The one-bedroom apartments feature a full study, while the two-bedroom, two-bathroom residences boast two balconies. There is also a selection of exceptional terrace homes with expansive courtyards, available in both one and two-bedroom configurations, which offer the perfect garden lifestyle."
Apartments are priced from $359,000.
