Chapter Group's Elland Avenue pays homage to the work of Dutch painter, Piet Mondrian.
Elland Avenue is the latest project by Chapter Group. It comprises of 100 generous one and two-bedroom apartments over eight levels. The design was inspired by the geometric paintings of Dutch artist, Piet Mondrian. Mondrian's influence is seen in the arresting grid facade, expressed in a neutral palette. The interiors are also a homage to the artist, with black outlines on the floor-to-ceiling doors and windows. Every apartment has its own spacious couryard or balcony. Pale timber floors and warm white walls provide a harmonious backdrop. The architect of the $60 million project is David Lee, from award-winning practice K2LD.
Elland Avenue is situated in the heart of Box Hill, an area that has seen significant growth and gentrification in recent years. The area is well served by public transport, and has plenty of choice for premium shopping, schools, parks, and leisure activities.
Apartments start at $345,000.
