Australia's finest architects and landscapers have collaborated to make Spring Cove unprecedented in luxurious design and environmental protection.
A limited collection of houses, townhomes and apartments are being developed over seven acres of harbourfront land at Manly. Beyond the development, Spring Cove and beautiful Sydney Harbour National Park stretch for miles. A decade of planning has gone into Spring Cove, to ensure it respects its extraordinary environment, while delivering a luxurious lifestyle. The site is a buffer between developed and undeveloped land, so requires special treatment. For example, natural foraging corridors and habititats are being regenerated to protect native species, such as endangered long-nosed bandicoots, and penguins.
Spring Cove will consist of 17 houses, 5 townhomes, and 16 apartments. Each house is unique, is built from simple natural materials, and is designed to blend into the environment and maximise views. The townhomes have three bedrooms, and are built over two levels. Parking and extra storage are in a central basement. The apartments are intended as house-like spaces, and have unique two and three-bedroom formats. Parking, again, is in a discrete basement. Located seven kilometres from the city, Spring Cove is an easy ferry commute to the CBD.
The apartments and townhomes are sold out, but land and houses remain for sale.
