In a show of their commitment to sustainable urban design, BMW Melbourne and agents RT Edgar will give away a new BMW i3 to the first five buyers of One Irving Road.

One Irving Road is a premium development of 18 seven-star energy-rated apartments. The BMW i3 is an innovative, emission-free electric car, recognised for its superb design.

Each garage at One Irving road will accommodate wiring for electric car chargers and will also include carbon dioxide monitoring systems.

The development offers four levels of two, three and four-bedroom apartments, and spaces for one, two, or three cars, with adjacent store rooms.

One Irving has city views, private gardens, balconies, dual lifts, keyless access systems and open gas fireplaces. Prices for the luxurious apartments range from $1.55 million to $4.25 million.

The One Irving Road display suite is at 414 Toorak Road, Toorak, and is open Monday-Friday between 1-2pm, and Saturday between 3-4pm, or by appointment.
