Director of Marshall White Projects, Leonard Teplin, says the award is a credit to everyone who has played a role in the campaign to market Argyle SQ.
Marshall White’s industry-leading work in residential off-the-plan living has been recognised in the eighth annual REA Excellence Awards, with the prestige property agency taking out the category of Campaign of the Year – Apartment in VIC & TAS.
The REA Excellence Awards celebrate the outstanding performance of REA Group customers across all aspects of the property journey. Marshall White’s award is for its marketing approach to Argyle SQ, a 79-residence development of townhouses and house-sized apartments in the inner-Melbourne suburb of Carlton.
With move-in scheduled for February 2025, Argyle SQ is designed and developed by METIER3, with construction by L.U. Simon Builders. Marshall White collaborated on the project with property marketers Earl St.
Director of Marshall White Projects, Leonard Teplin, says the award is a credit to everyone who has played a role in the campaign to market Argyle SQ.
“The location is terrific, and the architects have done a brilliant job to ensure the building is orientated to capture the neighbourhood’s beautiful views,” Teplin says.
“Then there are the interiors,” he adds, “which are uniquely different — but not polarising.
“When a project has such strong visual elements as Argyle SQ, the marketing needs to be easy for buyers to digest, and to accurately reflect the project’s elevated offering. We’re proud that this approach has resulted in strong sales, despite a challenging market.”
Located at 121 Cardigan Street in the culturally rich Melbourne suburb of Carlton. Argyle SQ’s apartments and townhouses represent a new calibre of modern design.
Each residence includes extended buyer guarantees and warranties, a 6.5-star energy rating, flexible floorplans, natural-stone tiles, pure-wool carpets, natural oak timber flooring, Miele kitchen appliances, huge outdoor spaces, double-glazed windows, and custom bespoke joinery, while residents will have access to such amenities as concierge services, a cinema, a sauna and a dedicated building app.
Teplin says only a handful of apartments remain available for sale at Argyle SQ, ranging in price from $555,000 to $3,000,050.
