Urban Land Housing is delighted to announce the appointment of respected industry identity Trent Brewer as Sales Director. Trent previously held this role within ULH in 2017, where he was instrumental in establishing the firm’s successful Residential Sales Division, mentoring a group of agents who have become indispensable to the ULH brand.
A sabbatical to the Central Coast saw Trent spend several years at the sales helm of McGrath’s number one franchise group owned by top principals Jaimie Woodcock and Matt Steinwede.
The role saw the team grow to 32 agents, writing more than 1,100 annual sales and generating more than $28m in gross commission income. “I learned an immense amount about what it takes to operate at the top of the market, both individually and from a company perspective in terms of support, training, technology, processes and service, and of course growing and nurturing a high-performance culture,” enthuses Trent. “The thought of returning to ULH with that expertise excites me.”
Urban Land Housing was established in 2007 by CEO Chris Lowry, who had a vision to deliver a fully integrated ‘paddock to property management’ service across the front-line expansion areas of Greater Sydney. Starting out in project marketing, Chris strategically grew the business to where it now has the capacity to develop its own large-scale projects, handle project sales, deliver Residential Sales for pre-loved homes, manage the properties for investors, then negotiate resales, seamlessly navigating the complete cycle under one integrated umbrella.
With ULH set to open five new offices by March next year, taking the total to 12, Trent will play a pivotal role in recruiting key players and developing new teams. “Now that we’ve laid the foundations for the ‘paddock to PM’ model, having Trent back to run our growing Residential Team is one of the final pieces to the puzzle,” says Chris. “I’m passionate about empowering, motivating and driving high-performance individuals to achieve their professional goals and personal wellbeing and I look forward to Trent’s success in leading the division.”
Trent adds, “I believe ULH offers so much more to agents than the franchises can. We have an incredibly strong database established over many years selling project estates off-the-plan and have perfected the art of little to no downtime when someone joins our team. We also have ‘best in market’ support and commissions, which makes working for ULH such an attractive proposition.”
