"This is a tricky time to navigate for agents and property managers across Australia but with professionals like Bryce leading the way, I know the industry is in good hands."
A young LJ Hooker agent in regional New South Wales, Bryce Gibson, principal of LJ Hooker Cessnock and Kurri Kurri, has just won a prestigious award for his work in the industry. Gibson has been named the Young Business Executive of the Year (18-35 years old) at the annual Hunter Business Awards, Australia's most prestigious regional business awards.
Gibson joined LJ Hooker in 2001 when he was just 16-years-old. Since then, he has been inducted into LJ Hooker’s Multi-Million Dollar Chapter of the Captains Club which recognises the top 7 per cent of sales people in the international LJ Hooker Network, and has been named part of the elite Admirals group. Gibson is also a Liveability Real Estate Specialist.
Outside of real estate, Gibson has been a Cessnock City Councillor since 2012. He will now represent The Hunter region in the Young Business Executive category at the NSW Business Chamber Awards in November.
"It’s a humbling experience to be nominated, let alone to win, the young executive award is really just validation for all the hard work, not only by myself but the entire team at LJ Hooker Cessnock and Kurri Kurri," he said. "This award is really the pinnacle for me so far. My parents taught me at a young age that the harder you work the luckier you get and I’ve tried to live those values."
"Today’s real estate industry is a vibrant and constantly evolving entity where consumers are savvy, property is hot topic and customer service is of utmost importance. This is a tricky time to navigate for agents and property managers across Australia but with professionals like Bryce leading the way, I know the industry is in good hands," said LJ Hooker CEO Grant Harrod.
