Speaking to LUXURY LIST WEEKEND, Heath Williams said the property was very popular among buyers with around 90 groups through for inspection prior to the sale.

“Most of the buyers for this home were from inner city suburbs looking for a change,” Heath explained to LUXURY LIST WEEKEND.

“The home is incredible, and that’s what caught buyers’ attention, but when they were there, they fell in love with the incredibly private tree-lined property.”
