There were five written offers, with the property selling for $4,965,000 to a local family.

“It’s very rare to get a property of this size so close to the city and it is ideally positioned in a desirable location close to great schools.”

The sale comes amid continued demand from local buyers in the River City, Sarah explained.

“The market continues to show strong demand from local buyers for unique and highly desirable properties such as this,” she told LUXURY LIST WEEKEND.

“Large properties like this are rarely found so close to the city.”
