Soaring ceilings, extensive glazing, burnished concrete floors and harmonious use of timber and bespoke finishes were meticulously designed to complement a focus on passive solar design, energy efficiency and thermal performance.

Corina Nesci told LUXURY LIST WEEKEND the home is charming and understated with spectacular views revealed in the new wing.

“There isn’t anything like this in the area,” she explained. “It’s quite unique, with extraordinary views looking over Bowral and beyond with the lights sparkling at night or the township slowly revealing itself as the morning mist clears.”

“The quality of finish and infrastructure is incredible – the current owners used local architects, builders, and artisans (including Harriet Goodall crafted lights) to capture the area’s ambience. The established trees were considered with the new wing built around them.”
