Ray White Victoria and Tasmania has appointed the highly regarded Milo Rasinac to the role of Network Development Manager.
An accomplished auctioneer, Mr Rasinac is well known in Melbourne, especially in and around Essendon, where he owned a market leading real estate business for over 20 years.
Mr Rasinac has conducted more than 7,000 auctions and is a previous winner of the REIV senior auctioneer award. After he sold his business and had a refresh with Ray White Port Douglas, Mr Rasinac is back in Melbourne.
“I have a burning desire to achieve and assist Ray White with their future goals. After a 12-month stint in Port Douglas helping a friend set up his Ray White office, I have been blown away by the true care, professionalism and amazing support and family values that the Ray White group have,” Mr Rasinac said.
“Since joining Ray White I have never felt so welcomed by everyone and already feel like part of the long history,” Mr Rasinac commented.
“I have a huge passion for helping people buy and sell property. I love coaching and mentoring staff and business principals and I see this role as a great opportunity to enable me to further develop and grow the brand,” he said.
With over 20 years experience in sales, leadership and business ownership within Melbourne’s inner-north-western suburbs, Milo’s knowledge and expertise is sure to add value to Ray White’s more than 2,000 members across Victoria and Tasmania.
“I love to work closely with our teams and feel I have the operational experience to truly assist business owners and our members reach their full potential in this very hands-on role.”
Mr Rasinac will assist with conducting auctions and also play a pivotal role in the group’s training and development program.
Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Stephen Dullens said Mr Rasinac was a well known operator, and the group was excited by the enthusiasm and experience he will bring to this new role.
“When someone joins us with Milo’s level of experience and success, we take it as a huge compliment. Milo has made his name by consistently delivering a high level of customer service. Being able to provide value to our members to assist them in delivering fantastic service to their customers is at the heart of everything that we do,” Mr Dullens commented.
“Having conducted over 7,000 auctions in his career, we’re thrilled to have someone of Milo’s calibre joining our team. Adding to our 20-strong corporate support team in Victoria and well over 300 team members who work for the Ray White group at a corporate level, we feel we are well placed to assist business owners and their teams through any market adjustment, of which Milo will play a critical role.” Mr Dullens concluded.
