Crows Nest on Sydney’s lower north shore has a new suburb record with 60 Holtermann Street sold by Peter Chauncy and Debbie Chadwick of McGrath Crows Nest.
McGrath Crows Nest Peter Chauncy and Debbie Chadwick negotiated the sale of 60 Holtermann Street well ahead of its scheduled auction.
The sale price of $4.65 million pipped the previous suburb record of $4,125,00, also set by Peter, when he sold 42 Devonshire Street earlier this year.

While interest came from across Sydney including Balmain, Linley Point, the upper north shore and eastern suburbs, the buyers are a couple from the local area.
Peter and Debbie said there is huge demand in their specialist areas of Naremburn and Crows Nest right now.
“Most of our properties are selling within 10 days,” Peter said. “We’ve cut our auction campaigns to two-and-a-half weeks.”

Everyone wants to be in the thick of the action,” he said, pointing out that these are lifestyle suburbs, close to cafes and restaurants, as well as having easy access to a number of good schools. “The new Metro line due in the next 12 to 24 months will only increase their popularity.”
