Patrick McKinnon told WILLIAMS MEDIA the home attracted high levels of interest during the 4-week auction campaign, particularly from families with teenage children and professional couples.

There were 81 inspections prior to the sale, including 1 virtual inspection.

“High interest levels were due to the uniqueness of the stunning architectural renovation,” Patrick explained.

Director of Profile Architecture, Michael Fiumara told WILLIAMS MEDIA the design incorporates a contemporary edge whilst maintaining the character and integrity of the original home. “The architecture has been planned to incorporate passive cooling and ventilation which takes advantage of its site context and aspect.”
