The Spanish Mission style home was sold by Sam Hobbs of The Agency after just 3 inspections.
One of St Kilda's most recognised homes has been sold off-market by The Agency’s Sam Hobbs.
The distinctive c1928 5-bedroom residence is architecturally designed in the Spanish Mission style, featuring seductive arches and columns, rough rendered walls, intricate hand-crafted timber and decorative tiles.
Image: DPI - Digital Photography InhouseInteriors showcase high beamed ceilings, leadlight windows and dark timber floors, including an approximately 11m long formal entertaining room featuring a double height ceiling, hand tiled open fireplace, a Juliet turret and sunny north-facing alcove overlooking the garden.

“This is a trophy home with incredible period features in a coveted part of St Kilda,” Sam explained.
“It was bought by a family from Port Phillip who valued the location very highly and loved the originality and scope the home offers.”
DPI - Digital Photography InhouseBuoyed by pent up demand, the property market in the Port Phillip remains strong despite interruptions from COVID-19 lockdowns.
“More and more off-market sales of larger homes are occurring, as buyers cannot find what they are looking for on-market,” Sam told WILLIAMS MEDIA. “Buyers are looking to purchase quickly, particularly those who have already sold.”
