“It was bought by a family from Port Phillip who valued the location very highly and loved the originality and scope the home offers.”

Buoyed by pent up demand, the property market in the Port Phillip remains strong despite interruptions from COVID-19 lockdowns.

“More and more off-market sales of larger homes are occurring, as buyers cannot find what they are looking for on-market,” Sam told WILLIAMS MEDIA. “Buyers are looking to purchase quickly, particularly those who have already sold.”
