The childhood home of the Republican presidential candidate is having a hard time attracting interested vendors.
As we get closer to the US election, one New York real estate agency is hoping the name Trump will begin to attract buyers to their listing of this 1940 Tudor house, which was home to Donald Trump until at least the age of 4, according to Realtor.com.
Paramount Realty has been trying to sell the property at 85 - 15 Wareham Place for months.
The five bedroom, five bathroom home, which is located in Jamaica Estates in Queens, a borough of New York City, has been on the market since July. The original asking price of $US1.65million has been lowered to $US1.399 million, according to Curbed.
The Trump family left the home and then moved around the corner to a three-story, 23-room mansion before Trump entered grammar school.
The home will be auctioned on October 19 at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York.
