“This was a rare chance to create your own space, a shell, something I had not seen in my 15 years here in Sydney,” Darren told WILLIAMS MEDIA. “Our formal guide for the market was $9.8m - $10m. Our client was happy but the final price is withheld until settlement; it was a fair and reasonable result for both sides.”

The property was purchased by a prominent Sydney plastic surgeon as a project while not working because of the pandemic.

Darren told WILLIAMS MEDIA the Sydney market continues to perform. “I cover all of Sydney and there have been a number of significant transactions in our office in many different suburbs. There is still a shortage of good quality stock across the board.”
