Real estate stalwart Peter Chidgey and outgoing principal of the North Richmond office has named the pair as his successors in a move he considers a natural progression. Ms Cash will manage sales for the office and  Ms Tutty will specialise in property management. 

Ms Cash began in real estate as a receptionist with Ray White Kurrajong twenty years ago, later working her way up to sales to become a chairman’s elite agent within the group. 

Ms Cash said she was drawn to real estate because she enjoys being able to help her clients through their home owning journey. 

“I like talking and helping people and I like to be busy. I feel like I have a reason to spring out of bed every morning and there is a whole realm of things that makes the industry exciting and interesting, everyday is different,” she said.

“I love the beautiful properties and scenery here, I’m working in real estate in the best possible place.”

Meanwhile, Ms Tutty began in real estate as a salesperson 27 years ago but found her passion in property management after she joined Ray White Windsor in 2002. 

“I have 30 years of knowledge and experience in the real estate industry which instils confidence in the landlords I work with. A number of my landlords are long term clients and have stuck with me for the past 15 years,” Ms Tutty said.

“I pride myself on my professionalism and attention to detail and am excited to take this next step with Cindy who I have worked alongside for seven years in this office.” 

Ms Tutty not only specialises in property management but also has qualifications in agriculture and equine management. She has been actively involved in the local equestrian show scene for the past 40 years. 

The Hawkesbury area is semi-rural with a series of small villages surrounded by acreage with North Richmond the major hub of the region. Ms Cash said her local community is tight knit where everyone looks after each other. 

“It has a country feel, people are very loyal,” she said. 

“Recently we have had buyers coming from all over the Sydney basin wanting to make our beautiful area home. Buyers are spreading their feelers further out and are prepared to come an hour out of the city for the lifestyle.   

“There is nowhere you can go and get this lifestyle an hour out of Sydney.”

In such a small town community, the pair pride themselves on being able to provide a very high level of service and professionalism. 

“We are extremely caring, empathetic and tenacious, we won’t give up on our clients or compromise our integrity,” Ms Tutty said.

“As locals, we have a lot of knowledge about our local area. We are well informed and make a point of knowing everything that’s going on so we can best serve our clients.

“We are locals but Ray White North Richmond isn’t just a local business, it’s part of a larger group and we can tap into all the resources and technology that offers to give our community the best of both worlds.”
