Melbourne-based developer PB&Co. has announced Fifty Two Black, a luxury residential address with interiors designed by New York-based Meg Sharpe, and exclusively furnished in Ralph Lauren Home.

In what is an Australian-first, Fifty Two Black will offer four exclusive residences and one stunning penthouse ranging from 225sqm – 289sqm internally and priced from $6 million to $9 million AUD, each exquisitely appointed with furnishings and home accessories from the Ralph Lauren Home collection.

Architecture for Fifty Two Black will be led by revered local architect, Nicholas Day, in collaboration with New York-based architecture firm, Gregory Tuck.

No expense has been spared for Fifty Two Black, with Gregory Tuck creating a rich tapestry of textures and luxe materiality, using over 10 different types of marble sourced from Italy, Spain and Africa throughout each home.

Tones of brass, silver and polished nickel will complement the chevron light oak floors and mosaic marble tiling, while iconic lighting, chandeliers and furniture pieces will create a sense of grandeur in every room.

Wrought iron entryways will make way for expansive ceilings up to 3.3m high, while other features include in-home tech automation, remote access for service and deliveries, hydraulic floor heating and cooling, and 24-hour security services.
