"It’s family-friendly, has easy access to major arterials north and south, and presents some great, affordable lifestyle opportunities – Place is excited to open here.”
Mr Hackett said James Gwynne and his team will be a value-add to Place’s community of buyers and sellers.
The office will open under Place’s Professional Services Business Model, designed to deliver all back-end services to new and established offices, including HR, finance, legal compliance, contracts, marketing and public relations, allowing agents to do what they do best – help people find their happy place.
Mr Gwynne has had more than two decades of valuable sales and marketing experience and is currently ranked number one agent through client recommendations in Albany Creek.
“I grew up in this area and I am truly passionate about it," said Mr Gwynne.
"The leafy green environment, the sense of community, the well-established local schools and larger land-size living makes it a great area for families, with 85 per cent of residents being owner-occupiers,” said Mr Gwynne.
The team has an outstanding track record, helping over 900 locals buy and sell within the last five and a half years.
Mr Gwynne brings with him his experience executive assistant, Mary Camus, and sales associate, Daniel Christensen.
“Place has always been a brand I’ve looked up to, with its outstanding marketing, attention to detail, community spirit and strong in-house support,” said Mr Gwynne.
“I can’t wait to grow a team with an inclusive culture; if you are genuinely looking at a career in real estate, I’d love to catch up."
