Sold in May this year, 1/98 Terranora Road, Banora Point is a duplex with 4 bedrooms and a 2-car garage.
It had been on the market since January and when taken to auction it was passed in, Brent Hodge of REAL Specialists told WILLIAMS MEDIA.

"We then carried it through the thick of COVID and got a deal together in May for $855,000," said Mr Hodge.
"It is a duplex but it is huge.
"It has 41 squares of internal space made and equipped with everything you could want."

Mr Hodge said there is an oversized garage, three living areas, wet bar plus 4 bed or 3 bed plus study, lap pool, outdoor sunken lounge and spa bath.
"I loved working on this place," said Mr Hodge.
"The buyers were from Byron Bay and are perfect for this property."
