Belinda Connor is the newest member on the Elders team, coming on board as Head of its Residential Real Estate division. 

Mrs Connor is a seasoned marketing and business executive, having held numerous strategic marketing and network growth roles with leading companies, including Foxtel and the Wendy’s franchise network.

She will assume responsibility for the strategic oversight of Elders’ residential real estate network operations and its continued growth, with a strong focus on customer experience. 

“Those agencies and networks which embrace innovation in marketing and digital strategy will be the ones that flourish into the future," said General Manager Real Estate, Tom Russo. 

"Accordingly, our role as a franchisor and corporate support team is to consistently deliver to all our stakeholders the best marketing, digital solutions and people development in order to genuinely add value to your businesses and careers. 

“Belinda has been a senior leader in our business for over three years and has overseen the ground up development and implementation of our brand refresh and digital strategies in the residential agency space." 

Mr Russo said this has positioned Elders as a progressive contemporary agency and delivered much value to their business and franchise partners.

"Belinda has a deep understanding of our culture and the things that genuinely add value to our offices, agents and business owners," said Mr Russo.

"She is perfectly positioned to take the business to new heights.”

Mrs Connor said she is very excited to taking up her new role. 

“I am looking forward to delivering further improvement initiatives to our network to underpin our ongoing growth”, said Mrs Connor.

“We will not be engaging in activity for activities sake.

"Our focus will be squarely on delivering things that genuinely add value to our network stakeholders and, most importantly, our customers.

"This year we intend to roll out more value adding marketing, digital and customer experience initiatives for our network to leverage.”
