BUILDERS and developers have the chance to snap up a vacant residential development site just 4km* south west of Toowoomba as 541 South Street in Glenvale heads to auction.
 
The asset offers 1.295ha* land parcel that is designated ‘Low-Medium Density Residential’ and is offered for sale on behalf of the mortgagee in possession.
 
The property is being marketed and sold by Ray White Special Projects Queensland Executive Directors Mark Creevey and Tony Williams.

Mr Creevey said the site previously had approval for 56 townhouses, being the balance of the existing development adjoining the site.

The auction will take place at 111 Eagle Street in Brisbane City at 10.30am (AEST) on Friday 06 December.
