@realty has launched an ambassador revenue sharing program for its agents.
An Australian first-of-its-kind revenue sharing program has been launched by @realty for its agents, called the @realty Ambassador Program.
Directors James and JJ Taylor are very excited that @realty, as a result of its tremendous growth since opening in 2014, is now in a position to provide agents who have helped with the expansion of the company nationwide to participate in a revenue sharing program.
@realty CEO James Taylor says agents who are instrumental in bringing on other agents to @realty will be able to earn a passive income from the sales the new agent makes, without impacting the new agent's income.
“@realty will pay forward a percentage of the new recruit’s earnings to the Ambassador agent,” said Mr Taylor.
“We have designed this program to provide @realty agents with another stream of passive income in addition to the existing income streams of sales, property management, finance and conveyancing.
“This is also a great way for agents to build strong relationships with fellow @realty agents.”
This program will provide incentive to @realty agents to help ensure that anybody they bring into the @realty network will be achieving their full potential and encourage the agents to support each other, thereby creating team environments.”
The revenue sharing will go three tiers down, in other words if agent 1 gets an agent (2) to join, then agent 1 will receive 15 per cent of the revenue generated by agent 2.
Agent 2 gets an agent (3) to join, then Agent 1 will receive 17 per cent of the revenue generated by agent 3.
Agent 3 gets an agent (4) to join, then Agent 1 will receive 10 per cent of the revenue generated by agent 4.
Effectively they will earn revenue from 3 tiers of recruited agents. The revenue share is broken down as follows:
Tier 1 - 15 per cent
Tier 2 - 17 per cent
Tier 3 - 10 per cent
Mr JJ Taylor says the earning potential is uncapped for @realty Ambassadors while they are a part of @realty.
“ This ambassador program allows agents to materially benefit from helping other agents and it is also a great way for @realty to pay it forward to @realty agents.
“This is another example of how the @realty network of agents works together to achieve great outcomes.”
