Herron Todd White Australia welcomes Drew Hendrey to their strategic national role.
Australia’s largest independent valuation and property advisory firm has announced its latest strategic national team appointment, as the firm looks to build further on its
already formidable presence in the industry.
Drew Hendrey has accepted the position of Executive Director Valuations Advisory for Herron Todd White (HTW), confirming his resignation from CoreLogic late last week, after more than five years with the datahouse.
“I’m excited to be taking on this challenging new role in a company that’s already regarded as the industry leader in valuation and advisory services,” Mr Hendrey said.
Mr Hendrey will be HTW’s primary point of contact for major institutional and corporate clients.
“There is no doubt one of the pillars of Herron Todd White’s longevity is its exceptional, long-standing client relationships, and I look forward to furthering these networks.”
HTW Interim CEO, Jacqui Bayles, said Mr Hendrey has had an extraordinary track record in the industry, and his decision to join the company provides a huge strategic advantage to the organisation.
“Mr Hendrey’s position will see him contribute to the strategic direction of the firm, demonstrating Herron Todd White’s commitment to strengthening these collaborative relationships to benefit the future of the group, and the wider valuation industry,” Ms Bayles said.
“Drew is a well-respected leader, with more than fifteen years of experience working in the property data, analytics and valuation industry," said Ms Bayles.
"He has fostered enduring customer relationships across the banking and finance sector and his success has been built on the strong leadership principles of authenticity, customer focus and
accountability."
Mr Hendrey’s previous roles include General Manager, Product Services at CoreLogic and State Manager at Megaw & Hogg valuers.
