RE/MAX ACPA has moved house and everyone is celebrating.
Clients, real estate peers and business associates attended a celebratory event recently at RE/MAX ACPA’s new premises in Williams Landing, 19 kilometres south west of Melbourne's CBD.
The iconic RE/MAX balloon and bright RE/MAX colours are prominent at the new office, which broker owner Leon Lee says will provide a more convenient and spacious environment for customers and the team.
“Since we opened at Point Cook in April this year, we’ve experienced good business growth in a steady market,” said Mr Lee.
“And these larger, more flexible premises will accommodate continued growth.
“The convenience of the location less than a kilometre from the Princes Freeway makes it very desirable.
"It’s easy to get in and out of the city. We are a 20-minute drive (off-peak) from the CBD along the Princes Freeway.”
Mr Lee and Jason Chen merged their independent Point Cook real estate business with RE/MAX Australia to launch RE/MAX ACPA.
“We joined the RE/MAX network as a conscious choice made on the value we can be to our customers, and RE/MAX makes that value possible through the knowledge, support and the connections our business receives," said Mr Lee.
“Our focus is always on the value we give our customers, including through our relocation, knowing that leads to business growth.”
Mr Lee said the RE/MAX ACPA marketplace has no geographical boundaries.
“We get referrals from all over Melbourne and our business comes from throughout Australia as well as the UK, China and South Africa – and that is the power of the RE/MAX brand,” said Mr Lee.
RE/MAX ACPA relocated to 312/111 Overton Road, Williams Landing, directly across from the Williams landing Shopping Centre.
