32-year veteran of Brisbane real estate joins forces with Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty
In what is seen as a strategic move in the real estate world, veteran Brisbane real estate professional Glenn Gracie has joined forces with Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty.
There is the combination of Mr Gracie’s local knowledge with Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty’s powerful marketing reach, which is seen as a distinct advantage.
Mr Gracie’s experience and expertise has been built up in the Brisbane suburb of New Farm, launching his own real estate business and spending all of his career and family life in the beautiful riverside pocket.
Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty CEO Paul Arthur said Mr Gracie was a fabulous addition to the team.
“Glenn is an industry icon in New Farm, being there 32 years, he’s witnessed New Farm’s transformation into the highly desirable suburb it is today,” said Mr Arthur.
“To recruit a principal of his calibre who has thrived during both the highs and lows of the market is very exciting for us. He brings a lot to the table including an extensive list of invaluable established relationships with local clients.”
Mr Arthur said Mr Gracie would maintain his operations out of New Farm so it would be business as usual.
Mr Gracie said aligning with such an amazing brand offered much more than the obvious association with prestige property.
“Sotheby’s International Realty makes the world a village through its global connectivity,” Mr Gracie said.
“It’s the right time and market for the company to prosper, particularly in New Farm which is becoming more culturally diverse and as Brisbane transforms into a new world city. The Sotheby’s International Realty brand offers my clients an alternative of far superior marketing reaching a wider established audience.”
Mr Gracie said the location of his office would not be changing.
“I’m still in the heart of New Farm where there’s now so much diversity. I’m so passionate about this industry and loving everything about what I do and where I do it,” he said.
“I’m so proud and privileged to have worked with many local families and on some of the suburb’s most defining projects and I’m very excited with what my new partnership with this iconic brand brings to my clients”.
