Mr Roep states that the site has the potential for significant upside with a current application in Council seeking to more than triple the existing residential zoned land, up to 20.56 hectares.

Mr Fritzsche also said the opportunity to acquire a site of this scale, just 15 minutes west of the Springfield CBD and within close proximity of some of the Ipswich regions largest employment, is becoming extremely scarce.
