Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has opened its Sydney CBD location following the successful grand opening of The Ponds on the 9th of May.
Less than two months after celebrating the recent launch of the very first office in The Ponds, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has announced the opening of its Central location in Sydney’s CBD.
The brand has also added real estate agent Sally-Anne Lawlor to its ranks, bringing almost 20 years of experience selling residential property in Mosman, Neutral Bay and Cremorne.
Ms Lawlor said she was "very excited" to be joining the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate team.
“Being a household name with a vast media platform, Better Homes and Gardens will enable us to reach more people in the marketplace which can only result in better outcomes for my clients” she said.
She will be joined in the sales team by Emma Brown-Garrett, a licensed auctioneer with a decade of industry experience.
Ms Brown-Garrett said she was led by a passion for helping people achieve their home ownership dreams.
“Not only was I excited about the opportunity to work with such a recognised brand, I know that vendors and buyers too will share my excitement when they see what we have to offer," she said.
"It is imperative that the client comes first, and our aim is to deliver excellent customer service all the time."
The team will be supported by Sharon Small, who will manage the administration of the office.
Strong interest from experienced members of the industry has enabled Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate to develop a healthy pipeline of applications with additional offices opening in Richmond (VIC), Crows Nest (NSW), and Bella Vista (NSW) this month alone.
New CEO Michelle Delaney said it was refreshing to see so much enthusiasm for the lifestyle real estate brand.
"We’re already actively working with several franchisees who are in the process of setting up their new Better Homes and Garden Real Estate offices," she said.
“Our exposure on the Better Homes and Gardens digital media, social network and the magazine is helping us attract people that want to work for us so we’re able to assist new franchisees with hiring quality staff.
"While network expansion is a key focus for the brand, so is the development of a solid training platform to help new and experienced staff develop their skills.
"The training framework will include a good mix of online tutorials, webinars and face-to-face workshops that will be available to all members of the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate team."
