She may only be 27, but Xceed's Daisy Campbell is already making her mark in the real estate industry.
Any growth in the current property market is a cause for celebration.
In the case of Xceed Property Management Licensee, Daisy Campbell, the progression has come from both an individual and collective standpoint.
Having launched three years ago with 100 properties under management, Xceed has grown to incorporate 3000 properties, with Daisy overseeing the company's expansion.
She was also last night acknowledged as a finalist in the Real Estate Young Leader of the Year category of the 2019 Real Estate Business Women in Real Estate Awards.
Ms Campbell attributed Xceed’s success to being ahead of the game, even when launching in a flat market.
“We launched Xceed in a subdued market, so we really understand how to operate and grow efficiently,” she said.
She said the biggest secret to the company’s success was excellent systems and procedures, as well as taking more a non-traditional approach to property management.
“We can operate our business so well at such a large scale because we have unrivalled systems and procedures," she said.
“We also do things differently to most other real estate companies."

Many traditional agencies have property managers who do all components of managing a property.
Instead, Xceed operates under a strong team and a task-based approach to property management.
Ms Campbell said this was because it was rare to be able to find an individual who was not only a great problem solver but who understood finance, has attention to detail, has great interpersonal skills and the time to do all of these elements well.
“We have mini teams within teams – focused on a very specific area of property management," she said.
“As an example, we have a dedicated leasing team member who processes applications all day.
"This means we are able to review and secure tenants much quicker than a traditional agency who is relying on the property manager to process the application between all their other tasks.
“The information we gather on a tenant is exceptionally thorough, so we can process applications immediately and lease properties fast."
Xceed leases on average four properties a day, well above industry standards.
Ms Campbell said the approach worked to a person’s strengths and enabled her staff to be focused in an area they are skilled in and enjoy.
“It also ensures the knowledge of our clients is contained across a team, not just one property manager, which I believe equals service that rivals any agency," she said.
Technology is a key feature in Xceed’s non-traditional approach.
Tenants are able to book inspections online 24/7, can apply to lease a property online and there is an online approach to all enquiries that come into the agency.

Ms Campbell said not only did technology make the process smoother for a tenant, but it also meant great results for the landlords.
“We see our tenants, not as a commodity and I am a firm believer that if you treat tenants well, they will treat a property well and stay with us an agency," she said.
“Often we will lease a property through our database before even having to advertise it for this reason.
Xceed also offers various incentives for tenants, including gym memberships to moving help.
Ms Campbell said the incentives helped onboard new tenants and create that strong relationship with the agency.
“A good relationship with the tenant always means a better outcome for the property owner," she said.
Ms Campbell said the love she had for her position stemmed from realising that every home, owner and tenant was different.
"I love my job and the variety every day brings," she said.
“When I look at our property portfolio, I am really proud of how we have grown over the last three years.
“Adaptive systems have been the key to our success and I am excited to see what our future holds as the market improves.
“We are perfectly positioned for continued to success and I am constantly looking for ways to maintain that competitive edge.”
