Mr Doran told WILLIAMS MEDIA it was an opportunity to live comfortably while earning income from a business that has been operating in the area for more than 45 years.
"It would suit a whole range of people, but it's ultimately a chance for someone to live out the back and gain income from the front, which is about $120,00 a year," he said.
"Alternatively, someone could own the property as a full investment and lease it out, which would net about $130,000 per year."
He added there had been some recent updates to the residence which carried further opportunities for refurbishments.
"The existing owners have put a lot into the property, so it could be further upgraded, or left as is, which is quite liveable.
"The ensuite has been done in the master bedroom, so that presents very well under floor heating.
"There has also been some new touches added."
