First National Framptons has put the call out for a Sales Consultant to join its Alice Springs team.
There's no mistaking Alice Springs.
With its nearest neighbour 500 kilometres away, the Northern Territory town has a community all its own.
It is within this environment that First National has a position vacant for a sales consultant.
Working as part of the Framptons team, the full-time role comes with a focus on residential real estate.

Duties include prospecting for new business, conducting inspections and auctions, property appraisals & building inspections preparing vendor reports, facilitating building/pest/bank valuations, designing brochures, signboards and internet adverts, monitoring email enquiries, and social media management.

Framptons Director Andrew Doyle said the area offered a range of benefits, both from a real estate and lifestyle perspective.
"We're probably one of the few regions that don't have an oversupply of agents," he said.
"There are good margins and enough transactions every month for agents to make a decent living.

"We've got fantastic sporting and cultural facilities here, as well as a variety of recreational activities available.
"There are about 25,000 people and about 8000 dwellings, so it's a good environment."
Applicants must have a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) (or willing to undertake study to obtain), current full drivers licence, own car and phone, and clear police check.
