Some of Melbourne's most luxurious properties aren't where you'd expect to find them.

While Toorak certainly has its fair share of envy-worthy luxury homes, Melbourne's outskirts are home to some seriously grand real estate.
Suburbs like Melton, Strathtulloh and Cranbourne South are hiding away estates fit for royalty.
Here are five of our favourites.
45 Strathtulloh Circuit, Strathtulloh
Set on two hectares, this sprawling mansion was only listed late last week.
If you've got a healthy car collection, there's space for 34 cars plus a shed big enough to house a caravan and a couple of boats.
Agent Damian Spiteri won't reveal the asking price but says serious buyers will "need to be vetted first" and then make an offer too good to pass up.
