Ray White's New Farm and Spring Hill offices will auction off a range of luxurious properties at Ray White's 'Auction Under the Stars' event in November.
Ray White's 'Auction Under the Stars' is nearly here, and the lineup is pretty impressive.
Properties from Ray White's New Farm and Spring Hill offices will be going under the hammer on the night, including Ray White New Farm Principal, Matt Lancashire's Teneriffe home.
Held twice a year, the event has already attracted significant interest, according to Ray White New Farm agent, Hamish Bowman.
"At last count there were about 15 or 16 sellers who had committed to the night. We have a limit of about 24," Mr Bowman told WILLIAMS MEDIA.
"I expect we will probably get about 30 requests though - that's how much we got last year, and we had to knock six of those back."

"It's the noted benchmark auction event in Brisbane as it's conducted in such a professional manner. It has a high clearance rate traditionally - people can have money settled just in time for Christmas."
Ray White New Farm Principal, Haesley Cush says the event always stirs up a lot of interest in the market.
"I have found this particular event creates more interest in the market, which in turn creates more interest in properties. At a normal auction, if it's bad you might get ten people. If it's good, you might get about 200 - at this auction there will be a few hundred. We normally see around 200 to 300 people in attendance for this event," Mr Cush told WILLIAMS MEDIA.

"If you combine elements of how auctions can be interesting to both buyers, sellers, and the public - we have combined as many of those factors as we can into this event. In terms of sales - transaction competition is the number one thing we look for in an auction. Competition can be created from active buyers in the market, from aspirational buyers who see a property by accident, a passive or an opportunistic buyer. Active buyers will come to our auctions," Mr Cush said.

The stellar lineup includes a three-level Newstead penthouse, a home with an underground cave, gym, and a secret entrance, and many more to come.

Mr Bowman told WILLIAMS MEDIA the event attracts bidders from all around the globe.
"Last year, we had a dentist based in Hong Kong who came in for the event - they registered across three different properties, bidded on two, and ended up buying one. Buyers coming into town and buying is a really unique experience for us agents - in this age of the internet you can bid online, no matter where you are.
"Probably about seven per cent of bidders were offshore last year, and 18 per cent were interstate."
The event will be held Tuesday November 13, at XCargo in Fortitude Valley, at 6pm for a 6:30pm start. For more information about the event, contact the listing agents via the details below.
