The latest property development by Beulah International will play host to a pop-up interiors store, featuring top Australian interior designers.
The newest property development from Beulah International, The Grounds of Kew, will be launching to the market early this month.
A display suite will be transformed into a pop-up store for a two week period, and everything in the Kew display suite, including the display itself, will be available for sale.
The pop-up store will feature exclusive offers and products from premium furniture supplier Living Edge, audio specialists Bang and Olufsen, and luxe pet accessory brand Animals in Charge.
The space will be styled by Interior Stylist, Eve Gunson from Dot + Pop, who has taken inspiration from the display suite's luxurious address, which is located on the border of the exclusive Sackville Ward.

Ms. Gunson said the grand gardens that Kew is famous for is referenced within the space, which has translated into rich green hues and natural elements.
“Being in such a prominent location in Kew, we want the pop-up store to reflect the potential buyers of the project and we’ve chosen to collaborate with high-end partners that they would already be familiar with,” she said.
Beulah International Executive Director, Adelene Teh, told WILLIAMS MEDIA Beulah's vision is to deliver the first project in Kew among the Sackville Ward community, with multiple four-bedroom, four-garage apartment homes.
"Kew is one of the most prestigious addresses in Melbourne. It's such an untapped market when it comes to hyper-luxury and modern developments," she said.
Drawing inspiration from Sackville Ward's grand mansions and Federation Architecture, The Grounds will be four levels high.

Featuring a range of two, three and four-bedroom single level residences, The Grounds of Kew will be priced from $1.4m to $4.9m with apartments ranging in size from 106sqm to 296 sqm internally, with additional outdoor space. Two lavish penthouses will sit atop The Grounds.
The Grounds of Kew will also feature its own private putting green for residents.
The pop-up store will be open to the public from Friday June 8 until Sunday June 16 at 367 Cotham Road, Kew.
