Knight Frank has expanded its market-leading Global Prime Team, strengthening their private client offering for Australian luxury homeowners.
Sarah Harding, Head of Residential, Australia, told WILLIAMS MEDIA that Australian homeowners will benefit most from the expansion.

Led by Paddy Dring, Head of Global Prime Sales, the team consists of Knight Frank’s Private Office, based in London. Dring said the Global Prime team was expanded in response to the needs of the clients.
“We pride ourselves on identifying and responding to our clients’ needs and as their requirements become more bespoke, so does the service we provide them. Our Global Prime team was born out of this requirement.

"The Private Office will provide clients with a single point of contact and together with our extended team of specialist advisers; they will work seamlessly to deliver in-depth knowledge and understanding of the global super prime market, leveraging Knight Frank’s global network and expertise," he said.
Victoria Garrett, Asia Pacific Head of Residential at Knight Frank, told WILLIAMS MEDIA the team will continue to grow as needs see fit.
“Knight Frank has increased its talent pool in the super prime team in this region over the last 12 months, particularly in Australia and Hong Kong. We will continue to grow the team to offer our clients in-depth knowledge of the global super prime market and to meet the bespoke requirements of our clients, which is becoming more complex with succession planning an increasingly important consideration," she said.

Through The Private Office, private clients will have access to the collective knowledge, and experience of Knight Frank’s property advisers around the world.

The Attitudes Survey from this year’s The Wealth Report revealed that Australia is among the top overseas destinations for new homes in 2018 for Asian survey respondents. According to Knight Frank’s annual Prime International Residential Index, Australasia remains as the top performing region for the third consecutive year, with an average increase of 7.1 per cent in 2017 in its prime markets, led by Sydney and Melbourne.
