Showcasing the finest homes and building professionals from around Australia, the HIA awards celebrate the highest level of achievement in the residential building industry.

Bold Living, a South-East Queensland company, was awarded the HIA Australian Professional Medium Builder Award, knocking out six other residential builders from around the country.

Bold Living owner and director, Brett Boulton, said that while the company had been recognised as the top Queensland Professional Medium builder three years running, this award was a huge achievement for the company.

“We are so unbelievably thrilled to be acknowledged and recognised on a national stage for the work we do here in Queensland. We have always prided ourselves on doing things differently and this is clearly resonating with homebuyers," he said.

Meanwhile, Construct Central Coast took out the HIA-CSR Australian Home of the Year and Australian Custom Built Home of the Year.

Judges congratulated Construct Central Coast for their passion, superb workmanship and meticulous design of the award-winning home.

“The outstanding quality of workmanship contributes to a calm and welcoming feel throughout the home,” judges commented
