Two Australian projects have been recognised on the first day of the two-day World Architecture Festival, being held this year in Berlin.
Australia had 43 project shortflisted for the awards, across 30 categories.
Andrew Burges Architects' East Sydney Early Learning Centre, Sydney, won in the School - Completed Buildings category, and Francis-Jones Morehen Thorp received Highly Commended for its EY Centre, 200 George Street, Sydney.
